Admission Policy

This Admission Policy explains how students can enrol in our School (CBSE / ICSE / WB), College, and Short Coding programs, what is required at the time of admission, and our fee and cancellation guidelines. Please read this policy along with our Terms of Use before enrolling.

1Eligibility

• School Courses: Open to students of CBSE, ICSE and West Bengal board schools, from the applicable class levels offered under each board.
• College Courses: Open to college/university students seeking programming and computer fundamentals coaching.
• Short Coding Programs: Open to beginners and school/college students who wish to build practical coding and database skills.

2How to Apply

3Documents / Details Required

• Student's full name, class/year, and school or college name
• Parent/guardian contact number (for school-level students)
• Valid email address for sharing class links and study material

4Course Fees

Program	Fee Basis
CBSE / ICSE / WB Board Courses	Fixed fee for complete syllabus / full academic session coverage, as displayed on the course page
College Courses	As per the individual course/subject selected
Short Coding Programs	As per program duration and level

Exact, up-to-date fees for each course are listed on the respective course page and are confirmed at the time of admission.

5Payment Terms

• Course fees are payable in advance to confirm a seat, unless an installment option has been specifically agreed with our team.
• A seat is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
• Fee receipts will be shared over WhatsApp or email upon request.

6Cancellation & Refund

• If a student wishes to discontinue before the batch starts, a request may be raised with our team for review.
• Once live classes for a batch have commenced, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases handled at the Institute's discretion (e.g. duplicate payment or a batch cancelled by us).
• In case a batch is cancelled or rescheduled by the Institute, students will be offered an alternate batch or a suitable resolution.

7Class Timings & Attendance

Batch timings for live classes will be shared at the time of admission. Recorded classes and study materials remain accessible for the enrolled course duration. Regular attendance is encouraged for the best learning outcome, especially for exam-focused board courses.

8Code of Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes respectfully, submit assignments on time, and avoid sharing login access, class links, or recorded content with anyone outside the enrolled batch. Violation of this policy may lead to suspension of access without a fee refund.

9Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Admission Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, batches, or fee structure. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
